What You'll Do

As a Service Advisor, you'll be the key connection between our guests and the Service Department. You'll guide customers through the complete service experience, communicate vehicle needs clearly, coordinate repairs, and ensure every guest receives professional and personalized service from check-in through vehicle delivery.

Responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming guests and managing the complete service experience from appointment scheduling through vehicle delivery

  • Building genuine customer relationships through professional, honest, and transparent communication

  • Preparing accurate repair orders, estimates, and service documentation

  • Explaining recommended maintenance, repairs, and value-added services clearly and confidently

  • Communicating with Technicians to ensure accurate repairs and timely customer updates

  • Coordinating with the Parts Department to source required components and support an efficient Service workflow

  • Managing customer inquiries through phone, email, and in-person interactions

  • Providing proactive updates to customers regarding repair status, timelines, and recommendations

  • Following up with customers after service visits to ensure satisfaction and encourage long-term loyalty

  • Supporting preventative maintenance recommendations and genuine Kia service solutions

  • Maintaining accurate customer records and ensuring dealership processes and OEM standards are followed

  • Collaborating with Service, Parts, Sales, and Administration teams to deliver an outstanding ownership experience

  • Contributing to a collaborative Service Department focused on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in automotive service, dealership operations, retail, hospitality, or other customer-focused environments is considered an asset

  • Exceptional customer service skills with professionalism, empathy, and integrity

  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
