Position Overview: The Administration Specialist plays a key role in keeping our operation moving by supporting drivers, coordinating administrative tasks, and partnering closely with Operations and Customer Service teams. Salary: $19 - $20/hr

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and driver support, including driver services, data entry, driver check-in, audits, and reception coverage
  • Update and maintain customer portals with both packings slips and proof of deliveries (POD’s)
  • Support the Administration team during vacations and absences to ensure service levels, objectives, and deadlines are met
  • Partner closely with Operations and Customer Service teams to maintain an efficient, well-coordinated workflow
  • Perform other related duties as required to support daily operations

What you Bring

  • Minimum of High School or equivalency.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook is an asset.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail is required.
  • Self-motivated with proven organizational skills.
  • Good communication skills with both internal and external customers.
  • Experience and knowledge of TruckMate is an asset.
  • Transportation knowledge is considered an asset.
