As a Customer Check-In Agent during the graveyard shift, you will assist customers returning their rental vehicles. You will greet customers, inspect vehicles, verify return information, process final receipts, and help ensure each customer has a positive and efficient return experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

·         Greet returning customers in a friendly and professional manner.

·         Complete vehicle check-ins accurately and efficiently.

·         Inspect vehicles for cleanliness, damage, fuel level, and mileage.

·         Document and report vehicle condition concerns according to company procedures.

·         Verify rental information and process final receipts.

·         Answer customer questions about the return process.

·         Coordinate with rental operations, fleet, and customer service teams.

·         Safely move and park vehicles to support vehicle flow and lot organization.

·         Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

·         Follow company procedures, service standards, and confidentiality requirements.

·         Work efficiently during high-volume periods without sacrificing accuracy or service.

·         Participate in required training and team meetings.

·         Perform other related duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications

Education & Experience

·         High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred.

·         Valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets company requirements.

·         Strong customer service, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.

Required Qualifications

·         Experience using computers, mobile devices, or point-of-sale systems.

·         Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and procedures.

·         Reliable transportation to work location and reliable attendance based on work demands.

·         Able to provide proof of employment verification and participate in a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Preferred:

·         Previous experience in customer service, rental cars, hospitality, transportation, retail, or another fast-paced service environment is preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are a plus.

Physical Requirements

·         Able to work outdoors and in a parking garage in conditions that may include heat, cold, wind, and rain.

·         Stand, walk, and move throughout the work area for extended periods.

·         Frequently enter and exit vehicles.

·         Bend, reach, and squat while inspecting vehicles.

·         Occasionally lift and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds.

·         Safely operate company vehicles as required.

Work Schedule

Able to work full-time, during the graveyard shift, on-site at our work location in Las Vegas, NV, based on business volume and demands, ensuring all business needs and job duties are met.

Compensation

$13.00 - $15.00 dollars per hour based on experience.
