Their duties may also include inspecting vehicles before trips and keeping records of their activities.

What is the difference between Driver Bus Driver vs Driver Delivery Driver?

AspectDriver Bus DriverDriver Delivery Driver
Required CredentialsCommercial driver's license (CDL), passenger endorsementStandard driver's license, sometimes a commercial license for larger vehicles
Work EnvironmentPublic transit vehicles, bus stations, routes with passengersDelivery trucks, warehouses, customer locations
Employer & IndustryPublic transit agencies, schools, tour companiesCourier companies, retail, food delivery services

While both roles involve driving, a Driver Bus Driver primarily transports passengers on scheduled routes using a bus and requires a CDL with passenger endorsements.
