Job description

Oetjgoapeniag Elnoei Family Services (OEFS) is seeking a reliable and responsible School Bus Driver to provide safe transportation for students.

Position: School Bus Driver

Start Date: September 7, 2026

Pay: $625 per week

Schedule: Monday to Friday, following the school calendar

The position involves a morning school run beginning at approximately 8:30 a.m., followed by an afternoon run, with the bus generally returning by approximately 2:45–3:00 p.m.

Requirements:

  • Valid New Brunswick Class 2 Driver’s License
  • Valid B School Bus Endorsement
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Safe and responsible driving record
  • Ability to safely transport and supervise children while on the bus
  • Reliable, punctual and dependable
  • Criminal record/background screening and SD Check
  • First Aid certification considered an asset

The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe transportation of students to and from school, completing required vehicle safety checks, maintaining a safe and respectful environment on the bus, and following all applicable transportation and safety requirements.
