Come work for Lease End, one of the fastest growing companies in the country! Lease End is catching the auto industry's attention by providing innovative technology to drivers who are seeking simple solutions to purchase their leased car from the comfort of their own home.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized person to join our finance team on a temporary basis. This position will be responsible for processing and managing payments to vendors and suppliers, accurately recording financial transactions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Entry
  • Process and review invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports for accuracy and completeness.
  • Match invoices with purchase orders and receipts, ensuring proper approval and coding.
  • Prepare and process payments to vendors via checks, ACH transfers, and wire transfers.
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records and documentation.
  • Assist with month-end closing procedures, including accruals and account reconciliations.
  • Respond to vendor inquiries and provide outstanding customer service.
  • Assist with ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed.

Qualifications:
  • The most important things we are looking for in a potential candidate are organizational skills, office experience, and computer literacy. Strong preference will be given to those with accounting experience.
