Maintenance/Grounds/Shuttle driver

The Maintenance/Grounds/Shuttle driver is responsible for supporting the overall cleanliness, safety, and appearance of school facilities and grounds. This position performs routine maintenance, minor repairs, and landscaping duties to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors. Also drives our 15 passenger shuttle between two campuses 2 hours a day

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general maintenance and minor repairs (e.g., plumbing, painting, basic electrical, and carpentry tasks)
  • Maintain school grounds, including mowing, trimming, weeding, and seasonal cleanup (snow removal, leaf removal)
  • Assist with setup and teardown for school events and activities
  • Conduct routine inspections to identify safety hazards and maintenance needs
  • Ensure tools, equipment, and work areas are kept clean and in good working condition
  • Follow all safety procedures and school policies
  • Safely drive students between two school locations according to a set schedule

Qualifications:
