Maintenance Technician Job Profile

As a Maintenance Technician, you will partner with the Maintenance Director in creating a safe and vibrant living environment for our residents.

Will drive to appointments on Tuesday and Thursday and in-between appointments and on Wednesdays they will do general maintenance for the building.

Bus Driver Job Profile

  • Provide a smooth and safe experience while transporting residents to and from appointments, errands, and activities as needed
  • Assist Maintenance Director with contacting outside vendors for parts and scheduling specialized repairs and maintenance
  • Assist with maintaining accurate records of parts ordered and services provided

Bus Driver Job Requirements

  • 1 year of experience providing excellent transportation services, preferably in a senior living capacity
  • Valid state-issued driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Strong reliance on policies and procedures with emphasis on exercising safety and quality during every trip
  • Ability to drive in all weather conditions and capable of planning and preparing accordingly
