Job description

Driver / Labor Foreman
Schedule: 6:30 AM � 6:30 PM
Shaw Construction is hiring a Driver/Labor Coordinator to support our Morgan County job site. This role is part driving, part coordination, part hands-on labor-a great fit for someone who's comfortable wearing multiple hats and doesn't mind long, physical days.
What You'll Do:
  • Drive Superintendents to and from the job site via company van
  • Coordinate daily with our labor supplier to confirm crew needs for each shift
  • Perform general labor work on-site as needed
  • Support day-to-day site logistics and communication between crews

What We're Looking For:
  • Clean driving record (required)
  • Reliable, hardworking, and able to handle long days on your feet
  • Construction experience a plus, but not required
  • Prior supervisory or lead experience a plus
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Pay: $22-$26/hour, with significant overtime opportunity given the schedule.
