Job description

Huntsville, Madison, Decatur, and Athens have a steady stream of quick property visits waiting, and we need a dependable local inspector to cover them. If you already spend time on the road around North Alabama, this turns that driving into paid work you control.

Here's what the work actually looks like. You head to a home in your area, take a few photos, note whether it appears lived in or vacant, and file a short report from your phone. Most visits run ten to twenty minutes. You choose the orders closest to you and work them on your own schedule, so it fits around whatever else fills your week.

Some visits ask you to knock and confirm occupancy in person, others are a simple drive by. Either way you're paid for every completed inspection, paid by direct deposit, and you work as a 1099 independent contractor setting your own hours.

To do this you'll need a reliable vehicle, a valid driver's license, and a smartphone, and you'll need to be dependable and able to pass a background check.
