Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Field Sales & Marketing Manager to expand Drip Capital's presence across the United States.
This role sits at the intersection of sales and field marketing. The ideal candidate will actively represent Drip Capital at industry events, build relationships with business owners and finance leaders, and generate high-quality sales opportunities.
Your primary focus will be to create a pipeline through in-person engagement, convert initial conversations into qualified sales opportunities (SQLs), and work with the sales team to drive deal closures.
Key Responsibilities
Event & Field Marketing
  • Represent Drip Capital at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events across the US
  • Identify and attend high-impact industry events relevant to our target customers
  • Initiate conversations with business owners, CFOs, and decision-makers
  • Capture leads and convert event interactions into qualified sales opportunities
Pipeline & Revenue Generation
  • Generate and qualify sales-qualified leads (SQLs) through field engagement
  • Build and manage relationships with prospects met at events and industry gatherings
  • Work closely with the sales team to convert opportunities into closed deals
  • Maintain strong follow-up discipline to nurture event leads into revenue opportunities
Customer & Market Engagement
  • Meet with prospects and customers in person to understand their working capital needs
  • Educate businesses about Drip Capital's financing solutions
  • Build trust and credibility within key industry communities
  • Identify partnership opportunities with industry associations, trade groups, and ecosystem partners
Brand Building
  • Increase brand awareness for Drip Capital across key SMB and trade communities
