This role involves hands-on patient care — health screenings, IV insertion and monitoring, and ensuring every client has a safe, comfortable experience. Candidates must be able to work full, fixed 10:00 AM–6:00 PM shifts (no partial shifts or altered hours). Occasional off-site event support may be available/required for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform pre-infusion health screenings and review client intake forms/medical history to confirm suitability for treatment

• Insert IV lines and administer vitamin, mineral, and hydration infusions per physician-approved protocols

• Monitor clients throughout their infusion for comfort and any adverse reactions; respond promptly using emergency protocols if needed

• Educate clients on IV drip options, ingredients, and expected effects

• Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant patient records and documentation for each visit

• Ensure a clean, organized, and fully stocked treatment space; follow all infection-control and safety standards

• Deliver a warm, professional, concierge-level client experience consistent with Ocean Health's brand

• Coordinate with the Medical Director and Founder on protocols and any clinical questions

• Support occasional on-site events (corporate offsites, private parties, etc.) as scheduling allows

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license in New York State

3–5 years of RN and IV insertion experience required

• BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred

• IV certification and hands-on experience with peripheral IV insertion

• Prior experience in aesthetics, med spa, urgent care, ER, or infusion nursing a plus

• Strong interpersonal skills and comfort working in a boutique, client-facing wellness environment

• Ability to stay calm and effective in emergency situations

• Must be able to reliably work full, fixed shifts (10:00 AM–6:00 PM) on assigned days within the Tuesday–Sunday window

Schedule & Compensation

• Full-time and part-time schedules available

• Shift hours are fixed: 10:00 AM–6:00 PM, full shift required (no early departures or late arrivals)

• Days worked fall within a Tuesday–Sunday window; specific days to be confirmed based on business needs and candidate availability

• Competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience (add rate here)
