Overview
The ideal candidate will have drilling experience, but willing to train applicants with basic mechanical knowledge, or similar experience. This is an excellent opportunity to start a career as a Driller. Calling all Driller Helpers - Geotechnical in the Cinnaminson, NJ area. You will work closely with a Senior Driller and assist in setting pipe on drilling rig.
Responsibilities
  • Assist the Driller with daily drilling operations and equipment handling.
  • Load, unload, and transport drilling tools, pipe, and materials.
  • Set up and break down drilling rigs and jobsite equipment.
  • Handle drill rods, casing, and tooling during drilling operations.
  • Mix and manage drilling fluids and materials as required.
  • Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and inspections of equipment.
  • Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite.
  • Assist with site restoration and cleanup upon project completion.
  • Communicate effectively with the Driller and crew regarding jobsite needs.

Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of drilling experience preferred but will train individual with basic mechanical knowledge or similar experience.
  • Experience with heavy equipment operation.
  • Must be able to lift 80lbs.
  • Driver's License Required.
  • CDL class A or B is preferred.
  • Must be willing to work outdoors despite weather conditions 12 months out of the year.
  • 40% Travel will be required. Hotel and Per Diem provided by TRC.
  • Minimum 40 hours a week, Overtime after 40 hours. On average, 5-10 hours of overtime per week offered. Occasional weekend work required.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.

Compensation: In accordance with local law, the below salary range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition. Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors.
Other Compensation: Employee may be eligible for participation in the Company's annual Discretionary Bonus Program which is contingent on Company, Business Segment, and Individual performance against Key Performance Indicators which vary by year and employee.
