This full-time opportunity is ideal for a skilled heavy equipment professional with experience operating foundation drilling equipment for commercial, industrial, and civil construction projects. The successful candidate will play a critical role in deep foundation construction by safely operating specialized drilling equipment, maintaining production schedules, and ensuring every project is completed with precision, quality, and a strong commitment to job site safety. This position requires an individual who thrives in outdoor construction environments and takes pride in delivering accurate, efficient work. Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and safely operate foundation drill rigs according to engineering plans and project specifications.
  • Execute precision drilling operations supporting deep foundation systems, retaining structures, and soil stabilization projects.
  • Perform pre-operation inspections and routine preventative maintenance on drilling equipment.
  • Identify and troubleshoot mechanical or operational issues to minimize downtime.
  • Maintain accurate drilling depth, alignment, and production requirements throughout each project.
  • Follow all OSHA regulations, company safety procedures, and site-specific requirements.
