  • Ensure business ownership exists for all key data domains, including validation and signoff responsibilities.
  • Facilitate workshops with business and functional teams to resolve ownership, mapping, and transformation questions.
  • Establish governance around data mapping decisions and change control.

Oracle Fusion Data Readiness
  • Serve as the organization's subject matter expert on Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP data readiness and migration planning.

Migration Planning & Oversight
  • Review and challenge migration strategies, assumptions, and deliverables proposed by Deloitte or the implementation partner.
  • Ensure migration activities include appropriate cleansing, transformation, validation, reconciliation, and business signoff.
  • Review mock conversions, reconciliation results, and production readiness criteria.
  • Help prioritize data remediation efforts before migration cycles begin.
  • Ensure migration activities support overall business readiness and implementation timelines.

Reporting, Integration & Validation Alignment
  • Ensure reporting, analytics, integrations, and migration activities remain aligned throughout the implementation.
  • Review integration and reporting assumptions to confirm they support future-state business processes.
  • Partner with integration teams to validate data flows between Oracle Fusion and enterprise applications.
  • Confirm reconciliation and validation approaches provide confidence in migrated data accuracy.

Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Collaborate with:
    • Business stakeholders
    • Functional consultants
    • Solution architects
    • Technical teams
    • Data owners
    • Implementation partner

  • 8+ years of experience supporting enterprise data management, ERP implementations, or data migration initiatives.
  • 3-5+ years of experience working with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.
