Job description

SPECIALTY METAL FABRICATOR — BUILDER OF LEGENDS

If it’s metal, you can cut it, bend it, weld it, and make it last a lifetime. As a Metal Fabricator/Specialist at Lime Media, you’re the one who builds the backbone of our projects — from sleek frames to massive structures that stand up to road wear, weather, and wow-factor demands.

What You’ll Do

· Forge & Fabricate — Cut, bend, and shape steel, aluminum, and other metals using saws, shears, presses, and rollers.

· Weld Like a Pro — MIG, TIG, stick — strong, clean welds every time.

· Custom Builds — Fabricate frames, supports, brackets, and specialty pieces from technical drawings and schematics.

· Finish Strong — Grind, polish, and prepare metal for coatings or other treatments.

· Assembly & Integration — Fit metalwork into larger builds for seamless results.

· Equipment Care — Maintain welding and cutting tools for peak performance.

· Safety First — Follow all shop safety protocols and use PPE properly.

What You Bring

· Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding.

· Experience with metal shop machinery (brakes, rollers, plasma cutters, etc.).

· Ability to read and execute from technical drawings and schematics.

· Strong problem-solving skills for custom builds.

· Precision, craftsmanship, and pride in your work.

· Sheet metal, structural steel, and aluminum fabrication experience.

· Welding certifications preferred but not required.

Why You’ll Love It Here

· The Backbone of the Build — Your work makes the whole project possible.

· Hands-On Craft — See your work go from raw metal to stunning final structure.

· Team Synergy — Collaborate with carpenters, scenic artists, and project managers.

· Epic Variety — No two builds are ever the same.

Physical Requirements

· Ability to lift and move materials over 50 lbs.

· Stand, bend, and work in various positions for extended periods.

· Steady hand and strong hand-eye coordination for precision welding.

Work Environment

· Fabrication shop with noise, dust, sparks, and temperature changes.

· PPE required and provided.

· Flexible hours, occasional overtime, and travel as needed.

The Lime Vibe

We build with grit, creativity, and pride. In our shop, your work is valued, your skills grow, and your projects will live on in unforgettable brand experiences.
