Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend site walkthroughs, pre-bid meetings, and project inspections
  • Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules
  • Prepare, track, and manage submittals, RFIs, and project documentation
  • Perform regular site visits to monitor progress and support field operations
  • Review and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications
  • Maintain organized project files and logs
  • License and driving required.  

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of building restoration, façade work, or waterproofing
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Proficient in Bluebeam (markups, takeoffs, document review)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Experience:

  • 1–5 years in construction or project management support
  • Familiarity with NYC construction and DOB requirements (a plus)
