Machine Operator

Consolidated Metal Products | Cincinnati, Ohio

Full-Time, Direct Hire

Starting Pay: $18 per hour

Advancement Potential: Up to approximately $26 per hour

Consolidated Metal Products is hiring Machine Operators who want to learn, build technical skills, and grow their earning potential. Whether you already have manufacturing experience or are mechanically inclined and ready to learn, this could be a strong next step.


You may be a fit if you have experience in manufacturing, warehousing, automotive repair, construction, assembly, fabrication, machine operation, or another hands-on environment.


Available Shifts

First Shift: 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.

Second Shift: 3:30 p.m.–midnight (Second shift includes an additional $1.00-per-hour premium).


What You’ll Do

  • Operate production equipment used to cut, bend, form, thread, draw, or finish metal products
  • Load and unload materials
  • Inspect finished parts
  • Use tape measures, calipers, micrometers, or other measuring tools
  • Make basic machine adjustments
  • Learn setups and tooling changes
  • Identify and correct quality issues
  • Follow safety and production procedures
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Support team and continuous-improvement efforts
