HIRING IMMEDIATELY

  • Team performance bonus approx. $350/month if production goal met

Essential Tasks:

  • Fabricate product according to work order requirements.
  • Always review information on ticket before beginning work.
  • Always make sure ticket is attached to product before handing off to the next process.
  • Always check quality before handing off product to the next process.
  • Ensure all equipment is in proper working order and maintenance schedules are met.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Knowledge about the equipment in the workroom.
  • Knowledge about drapery structure and manufacturing process.
  • Team player with organizational skills.

Expectations:

  • Review and check for quality flaws throughout the manufacturing process.
  • Troubleshoot any manufacturing issues that may arise.
