A Drain Cleaning Technician at Hero is responsible for diagnosing, installing, repairing, and servicing residential drainage systems while providing world class customer experiences and craftmanship. Schedule

Essential Job Duties

  • Execute residential drain-cleaning work in a clean, professional, and efficient manner
  • Build and present options ethically for both repairs and permanent solutions
  • Respectfully work with dispatch, managers, and other in-house staff to ensure smooth operation for complete and incomplete jobs
  • Ensure proper billing, invoicing, and daily documenting of activities
  • Maintain company-provided vehicle and inventory of parts, tools, and shop equipment

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in residential drain cleaning
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving and criminal record
  • Must be able to pass background checks and drug screenings
  • Must be able to regularly lift 50+ pounds

  • Must be highly detailed and demonstrate the ability to follow through
  • Highly motivated, flexible, and has a great attitude on life
