Commercial & Technology Transactions Attorney (2-4 Years Experience) | Remote

A CAT attorney at Koley Jessen will assist clients with numerous contractual arrangements arising during the business lifecycle. Depending on the extent of our clients' needs, CAT attorneys may take on the work of contract drafting, review and/or negotiation. CAT attorneys will have the opportunity to work with sophisticated clients around the country and across all industries.

This role offers the flexibility to work from home while focusing on CAT contract work for a select group of Fortune 500 companies. The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • 2-4 years of experience in CAT
  • Experience reviewing, revising, drafting, managing and negotiating a variety of vendor and supply chain contracts, including technology and licensing agreements;
  • Ability to efficiently research, draft, interpret and summarize commercial and technology contracts;
  • Effective communication and analytical skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment;
  • Applicants must currently be licensed, or currently eligible to become licensed, to practice law in Nebraska;
  • Experience with NDAs, supply agreements, service agreements, software license agreements and SaaS agreements;
  • Excellent academic and professional credentials; and
  • Related experience in privacy, data security and intellectual property is a plus.
