Job description

Job Title: Drafter We have immediate full-time openings for CAD Drafters and Designers at our headquarters in Lake View, IA. We are looking for self-motivated and detail-oriented people to join our team! Specific Responsibilities:
  • Develops models and detailed design drawings according to written and verbal specifications.
  • Consults with Engineers and Project Coordinators to resolve design problems.
  • Ensures that dimensions of equipment are accurately reflected in all designs.
  • Create a Bill of Materials based on 3D models.
Qualifications:
  • Associate degree or certification in Computer Drafting and Design Technology (or a related field) required.
  • 2+ years of professional highly proficient 3D modeling experience required, such as Solid Edge or equivalent software.
  • Demonstrates ability to manage multiple assignments/projects with minimal supervision and strong attention to detail.
  • Must possess excellent organizational skills and ability to meet competing deadlines.
  • Must be able to balance working in a collaborative work environment with independently completing work tasks/projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
