We are seeking an energetic, highly organized Legal Assistant/Paralegal to join our growing team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‐paced legal environment, enjoys taking initiative, and is committed to delivering exceptional work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft and prepare professional correspondence
  • Prepare, revise, and format legal documents
  • Prepare motions and Orders to Show Cause for filing and service
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, deadlines, and events
  • Answer and route incoming calls with professionalism
  • Perform general clerical and administrative tasks
  • Maintain and organize physical case files
  • Handle travel coordination and related logistics

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years of legal experience required
  • Experience in litigation and/or transactional/real estate law
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe
  • Knowledge of Westlaw Drafting Assistant, Case Notebook, or Sage TimeSlips is a plus
  • Ability to navigate and e‐file on PACER/ECF and NYSCEF
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
