         We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Entry Level Personal Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to support our executive team by handling various administrative tasks that are vital for operational efficiency. Salary: $850 to $1250 per week
Schedule: Full Time, Monday to Friday


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain executives' calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings as needed.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls, with professionalism.
  • Coordinate travel logistics, including booking flights, hotel accommodations, and itinerary planning.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems of important documents and records.
  • Support the execution of company events and meetings, ensuring all details are accounted for.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks and assist with expense tracking and reporting.

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business administration or related field is a plus.
