Job description

All Doyle Shamrock employees who refer someone that is hired in after HR interviews them, will be in line for a referral bonus. The employee that was referred MUST work for 40 days with no unexcused absents, no write ups and no days tardy. Once all the criteria have been met, a $250 dollar bonus will be rewarded to the individual that referred them, as well as the new employee that was just hired. Also, if they both will be eligible for another $250 bonus if all the criteria is met. If the criteria is not met, the bonus will not be rewarded. If you have any questions please give us a call at 419-865-8441 EX. 17.
Duties:
  • Arriving to work 15 mins before scheduled shift.
  • Reading work instruction prior to running specific job per assigned press.
  • Performing specific job duties based off work instruction.
  • -Stacking and counting parts.
  • Reading labels and placing them on parts/boxes.
  • Packaging parts.

Additional Details:
  • Monday thru Friday.
  • Shifts: 1st:7am-3pm 2nd:3pm-11pm 3rd: 11pm-7am.
  • Job Types: Full-time, Part-time.
  • Pay: $14.00 per hour.
