As a Utility Team Member, you're essential to keeping the restaurant running smoothly. You're the backbone of the operation; supporting the kitchen, keeping things clean, and helping us deliver a great guest experience from the ground up.

  • Keep dishes, prep tools, and kitchen equipment clean and ready to go
  • Sanitize bathrooms, floors, and work areas to maintain a safe environment
  • Handle trash and maintain the exterior of the restaurant
  • Support daily cleaning tasks assigned by the Chef or Manager
  • Help set the tone for a smooth, organized, and professional kitchen
