NOW HIRING: Cooks (Heart of House Team Members)

If you thrive in a fast-paced kitchen and love being part of a team that delivers amazing food and energy, Buffalo Wild Wings is the place for you. Behind the scenes is where the action starts-and our Heart of House team keeps the game going strong.
What You'll Do
Our kitchen is the heart of the restaurant-and you're a key player. You'll help bring our bold flavors and fan-favorite menu to life.
  • Prepare and cook menu items like wings, burgers, and more
  • Slice, dice, grill, fry, and sauce with accuracy and speed
  • Follow recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work station
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Work with your team to keep the kitchen running smoothly
  • Help with prep, stocking, and closing duties
  • The duties of this position may change from time to time.

Requirements:
Required
  • Minimum 18 years of age (State Minor Laws Supersede)

Preferred
  • Prior experience working in restaurant or retail environment
  • Food Handler Certificate

Physical Requirements
  • Able to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
  • Able to lift up to 40 lbs
  • Frequent bending, reaching, and movement in a busy kitchen
