Job description

Locums – Wyandotte, Michigan, CRNA Opening

This hospital-based opportunity offers flexible scheduling, a collaborative supervised model, and the chance to provide anesthesia care in a busy Level III trauma setting serving adult and geriatric patients. Temps have been approved for this job, we need someone who can start ASAP and are motivated to get credentialing done quickly. They can do a 40-hour guarantee for providers able to work full-time.
Willing to entertain providers that can work 20-30 hours per week and can start May, June, or July.

Coverage Dates:

  • May 1, 2026 – September 30, 2026

Schedule:

  • 40 hours per week

  • 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts available

  • No call required

Practice Details:

  • Hospital-based anesthesia practice

  • Supervised CRNA model

  • Adult and geriatric patient population

  • General surgical cases (adult patients)

  • Level III trauma designation

  • 10 operating rooms

  • Dedicated OR support including RNs and surgical techs

  • Reason for coverage: vacancies and leave of absence

Requirements:

  • Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) – Required

  • Active Michigan RN license (must be in hand at time of presentation; no exceptions) – Required

  • BLS certification – Required

  • ACLS certification – Required

  • Must be local provider (mileage reimbursement only) – Required

  • AANA membership – Highly Preferred

  • Epic EMR experience – Preferred
