State Of Oregon 2026-2027 Renewal

The purpose of this requisition is to obtain documentation for the State of Oregon 2026-2027 Renewal.

Please follow the instructions below:

  1. Download and read all of the attachments. Use the COI Guides when completing your Certificates of Insurance. Read the Policies and Procedures as changes may have occurred since your previous renewal.
  2. Attach required documents to the corresponding deliverable in the Phase/Milestone Deliverable table.
  3. Submit the completed proposal before the Submission Deadline.

It is mandatory to submit the required documentation within the system via a proposal. Attach the required documents to the appropriate deliverable.
