DAYSHIFTS/MORNINGS/AFTERNOONS!!  
We make our pizza dough FRESH Daily.We are FLEXIBLE with this position in our prep kitchen! Depending on the candidate, we can also create a production schedule based on their availability and preferences. Afternoons & Evenings can be discussed for sure!Cross-train as a line cook as well! Dayshift. Flexible HoursTypically, this opportunity is during the morning hours. Hours are from 9 am and end in the early afternoon, generally between 12 and 3, depending on the day. Depending on the candidate, we can also create a production schedule based on their availability and preferences. As a Romeo's Dough Master, you will create, portion & maintain our award-winning fresh pizza dough and prep items such as fresh veggies, appetizers, and more.Follow a set pizza dough recipe used in Romeo's Pizza, Calzones, Stromboli, and Appetizers.Will need to be able to lift 50lbsHave the ability to roll between 75 and 300 dough balls on a shift. Protect self and others by maintaining an organized, safe, and clean work environmentEnsure operational excellence through the execution of daily procedures, cleaning & sanitizing.
