Job description

Service technician position is offered as an independent contractor position. Travel is required in North Carolina and South Carolina area. Experience in trim/molding and drywall knowledge is a must.
Requirements:
Must have a service box truck or enclosed trailer that can haul 16ft material.
Have your own tools to preform service, including generator.
Have a driver's license and auto insurance in your name or company name.
Carry a 1 million lability insurance policy with Cavco listed on policy.
Service technician well be responsible for the trim out of modular and double wide homes.
All building materials are provided.
Do electric and water test on homes.
A check list will be provided for the contractor to follow.
Discusses assignment with homeowner and Cavco.
Once service work is finished, do a walk through with customer and follow up call with Cavco
