PROPERTY INFORMATION:
Gambrills, Md.-based Maryland Hotel Partners has announced the development of a new Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham hotel in Gambrills to be managed by Aimbridge Hospitality. Located at Waugh Chapel Towne Center, the 79-room hotel will feature an indoor heated pool and offer queen singles, double queen and queen suite accommodations. The hotel will include a business center and fitness center. The project is expected to open in July 2020.
