A growing, established organization in Phoenix, AZ is hiring a full-time Application Architect to support and evolve a mission-critical .NET platform. This role is 100% onsite and works across desktop and web technologies, primarily within the Microsoft ecosystem.
This is an opportunity to join a company that is modernizing its technology environment after years of organic, in-house development. The right candidate will play a key role in stabilizing existing systems while introducing scalable architecture and best practices. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys understanding complex systems before improving them and can balance hands-on engineering with strategic thinking. Required Skills & Experience
  • Strong experience with .NET / C# and modern .NET Core
  • Experience designing and evolving application architecture
  • Background working with WinForms or desktop applications
  • Experience with Entity Framework and SQL Server
  • Familiarity with SSRS or similar reporting tools
  • Ability to communicate technical decisions and tradeoffs clearly
  • Experience mentoring or guiding developers
