The ideal candidate will have extensive experience building RESTful APIs using C# and ASP.NET Web API, implementing secure authentication mechanisms, and delivering enterprise-grade integrations through Agile development practices. Experience with Azure cloud services and AI-assisted development tools is preferred to help improve development efficiency and software quality.

The candidate must reside within the continental US.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs using C#, ASP.NET Web API, .NET Framework, and .NET Core while implementing secure authentication using OAuth, JWT, or similar authentication protocols.
  • Develop, package, and deploy API solutions through automated CI/CD pipelines and publish services using Azure API Management for routing, versioning, policy enforcement, monitoring, and security.
  • Develop and execute unit, integration, and functional testing for .NET APIs to ensure application quality, performance, and reliability.
  • Collaborate with frontend developers, backend data providers, architects, and QA teams to define API designs, integration strategies, and testing approaches.
  • Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve production issues while maintaining detailed technical documentation and supporting ongoing platform enhancements.
  • Leverage AI-powered development tools to improve coding efficiency, testing, debugging, and overall software delivery within an Agile environment.
  • Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to support team objectives and ensure the success of the project.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail and technical documentation abilities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with experience working in Agile software development teams and cross-functional technical environments.

Additional Qualifications
