In the assigned Job Role of Technology Project Lead 1, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:
• Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies, to ensure timely project completion
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and clients, facilitating smooth communication through regular meetings and milestone reviews
• Support the technical team in following SDLC processes, ensuring all deliverables align with client requirements and specifications
• Monitor project deliverables across all phases, to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations
• Contribute to the creation of project budgets that aligns with the scope, strategy, and key deliverables
• Identify scope alterations and new client requests, support in effort estimation, obtaining necessary approvals and securing client sign-offs
Your contribution to the team:
• Proactive risk management to ensure uninterrupted delivery.
• An ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders through effective communication
• Focus to anticipate challenges and deliver innovative solutions.
• Commitment to balance project economics with adherence to strategic priorities.
Required Skill and Experience
• Project management experience like delivery tracking; risk, issue, dependency and milestone management; stakeholder management
• Experience working on technologies like .NET /Java/ SQL
• Worked on Agile Methodology and its tools like JIRA and Confluence etc.
Preferred Skill and Experience
• Experience working directly with traders and front-office stakeholders
• Financial services domain knowledge; experience supporting business and technology teams across front-office delivery
• FICC Front Office experience
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments with strong communication, organization and follow-through ability and to work through ambiguity
Additional Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
