Job Description:

  • 8-11 + years of experience in the field or in a related area.
  • Relies on experience, judgment and accomplish goals, independently performs a variety of complicated tasks, may lead, a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
  • Programmer Analyst 3 as an advanced information technology programmer/analyst and technical resource in the Eligibility Area.
  • This advanced position provides development environment support, production support, batch jobs support, evaluates possible solutions, develops alternative solutions, recommends technical modifications, and designs, develops, and maintains applications across multiple platforms and experience/understanding of agile processes.
  • This position will be using web development technologies using .NET and JAVA for the CDC I-Billing, CCAC and Bridges project and upgrade technologies as needed.
  • This position is also responsible for the development and maintenance of portions of other related processes in the Client Support area that support the Department of Health & Human Services. This may include reports associated with those processes.
  • This role also includes development of documentation in all areas under their own responsibility, navigation, data storage, data retrieval, data validation, data manipulation, printing, and other processes. 
  • This position will help in the support the CDC I-Billing, which is the web application that CDC providers use to submit their billing information. CDC I-Billing includes the CCAC (Childcare Attendance Certification) that is used by MiLEAP central office to validate billing information submitted by providers and to assist providers production related requests. They are separate .Net projects requiring technical .Net 4.8 with C#, and Oracle database skills.
