Dev:.Net Core Developer

Location: East Chicago, Indiana (Onsite-5 Days a Week- No Flex)

Duration: 6-Month

Job Summary:

As a .Net Core Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining web pages, windows programs, SQL, SSIS packages, and other related applications to support the Enterprise Applications area. You must be proficient in the technology to complete programming work quickly and cost-effectively. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering requirements, creating functional and technical specifications, programming, testing, implementing, and maintaining applications. You must adhere to programming and process standards, and work closely with Systems Analysts and other stakeholders to ensure that solutions meet business requirements.

Primary Skills Required:

  • Strong proficiency in.net Core, ASP.net, and MVC
  • Experience with Oracle (preferred but not mandatory) and Entity Framework
  • Proficiency in C# and Angular
  • Very good written and verbal communication skills
  • Full SDLC experience
  • Experience working directly with the business (Systems Analyst)

Requirements:

  • BS Degree in IT related field of study or relevant experience
  • 10 years of experience
  • Experience with SSAS, Bootstrap, and Power BI
  • At least three years of project lead experience or direct business contact experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain web pages, windows programs, SQL, SSIS packages, and other related applications to support the Enterprise Applications area
  • Gather requirements, create functional and technical specifications, program, test, implement, and maintain applications
  • Adhere to programming and process standards
