Job description

Research Technician- Dose Formulation- 2nd shift

Labcorp is seeking a Research Technician to join our Dose Formulation team in Madison, WI.

Work Schedule: 2nd Shift: 12:00pm - 8:45pm (includes a 9% shift differential)

Job Responsibilities:

As a Research Technician, you'll learn and perform essential lab techniques to prepare test materials for preclinical studies. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Preparing lab reagents, solutions, suspensions, and capsules per study protocols
  • Recording data accurately in both digital and written formats
  • Learning formulation verification, sample disposition, and safe handling procedures
  • Collaborating with scientists and technicians to ensure study integrity
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and GLP-compliant lab environment
  • Developing skills in study setup, data organization, and client communication

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biochemistry, biology, microbiology

Additional Job Standards:

  • A strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn
  • A passion for science and a desire to contribute to life-changing research

Pay: $23/hr.
