Job description

FIELD ASSOCIATE - DUBLIN AREA

ABOUT THE ROLE

We're seeking a Field Associate to join our team in the Dublin/East Bay area. This contracted hourly position is a 1099 position that focuses on conducting property showings for rental properties with occasional opportunities to conduct property evaluations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Property Showings:
    • Travel to properties and conduct showings for prospective tenants
    • Prepare units prior to prospect arrival
    • Ensure property accessibility and security
    • Report prospect and property feedback
    • Paid commute time
  2. Property Evaluations:
    • Assess property conditions at management start, move-ins, and move-outs
    • Use Doorstead tooling to document property deficiencies
    • Work independently and efficiently (average evaluation time of 1 hour)
    • Evaluate exterior areas, interior common spaces, and functionality of electric and plumbing systems
    • Take detailed photos and prepare basic reports through our system

IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Real estate license is required as company policy, but will not be used for any real estate activities
  • Background in real estate showings, property management, home evaluations, or appraisals
