Role Summary (Read This First)
This is a hybrid field role:
  • ~70% door-to-door canvassing / relationship-building / setting up quotes & appointments

  • ~30% hands-on window cleaning & exterior cleaning work based on scheduled workload
    And when the schedule is heavy, we expect you to jump in and help the service team.

What You Will Do
Door-to-Door Canvassing (Primary)

  • Canvass assigned neighborhoods/business areas to introduce Sparkle Squad
  • Generate leads, set appointments, and help the team build a strong Residential route
  • Educate customers on our services (window cleaning, screen cleaning, gutter cleaning, soft washing, pressure washing)
  • Build trust quickly through friendly, professional communication
  • Keep simple notes in our system and communicate daily results
Service Work (Secondary / As Needed)

  • Complete exterior (and occasional interior) window cleaning jobs
  • Assist crews with related services as trained (screens, gutters, house wash/soft wash, pressure washing)
  • Provide exceptional customer service at the job site
  • Maintain high-quality work standards and follow safety procedures
  • Represent the brand well in the field — clean appearance, clear communication, great attitude
We’re Looking For Someone Who
  • Is outgoing, confident, and comfortable starting conversations

  • Can handle rejection and stay positive (canvassing isn’t for everyone)
  • Can also be reliable in the field and take pride in quality work
