Machining - Woodworking/Door Assembler

Join our Machining team and help build high-quality custom doors that are shipped throughout the U.S. and Canada. In this role, you'll assemble door components, operate woodworking equipment and tools, verify product specifications, and ensure every door meets our quality standards.
Location: Lynden Door, 2077 W Main Street, Lynden, WA 98264
What We're Looking For
This is a skilled production position. Ideal candidates will have experience in one or more of the following areas:
  • Woodworking
  • Finish carpentry
  • Cabinet making or cabinetry
  • Millwork
  • Door and window manufacturing
  • General construction
  • Production assembly in a manufacturing environment

We're looking for team members who have:
  • Ability to read a tape measure accurately to 1/16"
  • Experience using hand and power tools safely and effectively
  • Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to read and follow work instructions, specifications, and production schedules
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work throughout the shift
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and contribute to a team environment
In Return, We'll Offer You
  • Wage: $22.00 - $25.00 (based on experience) Performance based wage review after 3 months.
  • Hours worked over 40 hours in a week are paid at time and a half
  • Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance
  • Health Savings Account (HSA) with employer contributions
  • 401(k) available after 90 days, including profit sharing after one calendar year of employment
  • 8 Paid Holidays (eligible after 90 days)
  • Paid Time Off accruing at 2 weeks per year to start (eligible to use after 90 days)

Monday-Friday | 6:00/7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (overtime as needed)
