Job description

10am-6pm M-F + Every Other Saturdayย 
Base Pay + Commissions & Bonuses

As a Purchasing Service Representative you will connect with individuals who have expressed interest in selling their vehicle through Kelley Blue Book, Facebook Marketplace, and similar platforms. You will schedule appointments and work with customers to purchase used vehicles, creating a positive, easy, low-pressure experience. This is an ideal position for someone with a background in customer service, hospitality, or call centers who thrives in a structured, team-oriented environment.


What You'll Do
  • Make a high volume of outbound calls (60+ per day) to qualified leads
  • Schedule appointments for customers to bring in their vehicles to be appraised and purchased
  • Respond to leads via phone, text, email, and messaging platforms
  • Provide a friendly, professional, and helpful first impression of the dealership
  • Follow up consistently with prospective sellers to maintain engagement
  • Coordinate with the sales and purchasing teams to ensure smooth appointments
  • Support the purchasing team with administrative and communication tasks

Schedule & Compensation
  • Schedule: Approximately 10:00 AM โ€“ 6:00 PM, Mondayโ€“Friday
  • No Sundays! Every other Saturday
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings as needed to accommodate customers

Compensation:

  • Base pay + bonus per vehicle purchased
