Job description

Job Description
Domus is an AI-native HOA compliance software startup, Arizona-first. We're hiring our first Phoenix-based Head of Community — the operator who turns AZ HOA boards into pilot customers.
About Domus
Most HOA violation notices in Arizona wouldn't survive a statute check. Boards get sued or torched on Reddit because the software they use wasn't built for resolution — it was built for record-keeping. Domus is rebuilding the enforcement process from the ground up: statute-checked notices (§33-1808 xeriscape, §33-1816 solar, §36-1681 flags), full audit trails, and dispute paths built in. We're closing pilot communities now.
Who We're Looking For
- 5+ years as a community manager at a large Arizona shop — FirstService Residential, RealManage, AAM, City Property Management, Brown Community Management, CCMC, or similar
- PCAM, CMCA, or AMS designation required
- Deep knowledge of Arizona HOA statutes and the enforcement process
- Existing network of board presidents and treasurers across the Valley
- Tired of the corporate PM grind, ready to build something that actually works
What You'll Do
- Turn AZ HOA boards into Domus pilot customers
- Sit in board meetings, walk communities, talk to homeowners
- Translate real enforcement pain into product feedback
- Represent Domus inside CAI-AZ and the broader HOA community
