Job description

Job Overview:
Keurig Dr Pepper is looking for a driven and strategic National Account Executive to own our Dollar General business. You'll manage a fast-growing portfolio that includes iconic brands like Mott's and Hawaiian Punch-spanning juice, drink mixes, and sauces-and serve as the primary point of contact with one of America's largest retailers.
This is a high-visibility role for a commercially sharp leader who can think strategically, plan with discipline, and execute with precision-while building the partnerships that drive sustainable, category-leading growth.
This position is based in our Nashville, TN sales office.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Drive Revenue & Hit the Plan
  • Own and deliver the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), tracking KPIs and adjusting tactics to stay on target.
  • Identify and close incremental distribution, merchandising, and promotional opportunities with Dollar General.
  • Sell win-win solutions that strengthen the partnership while protecting KDP's financial goals. Negotiate when necessary.

Build Strategic Relationships
  • Serve as the primary liaison to Dollar General, cultivating relationships across buyer, category, and leadership levels.
  • Develop and present clear, compelling, data-backed business plans that align with consumer and shopper insights.
  • Engage internal stakeholders-Marketing, Category Management, RGM, Product, and the Bottling Network-to bring the best of KDP to the table.
  • Act as an internal champion for the Dollar General business, translating customer priorities into coordinated, cross-functional action.

Total Rewards:
  • Salary range: $116,100 - $170,000
  • Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors
  • Benefits, subject to election and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off (including paid parental leave, vacation, and sick), 401k with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mileage Reimbursement
  • Annual bonus based on performance and eligibility

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of progressive sales or account management experience, ideally in CPG, Beverage, or a Fortune 500 environment.
  • Dollar General experience is a strong plus-you know the retailer's culture, priorities, and pace.
  • Proven track record of building strategic account plans and delivering measurable revenue and profit growth.
  • Strong financial acumen: you're comfortable owning a P&L and making data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional communicator and presenter-you can inspire a room of executives as easily as you can align a cross-functional working team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for analysis, storytelling, and planning.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL, YOU NEED TO BE...
  • Energized by big, complex customer relationships-not intimidated by them.
  • Lead with insights and earn alignment through credibility, not title.
  • Balance long-term vision with short-term execution without losing focus on either.
  • Take ownership seriously and treat the business like it's your own.
