Preferably the right candidate 6 months to 2 years experience in apartment maintenance with the following experience and skill set. Required Skills  Attention to detail, organizational, time-management and problem solving skills,Superior customer service skills; ability to manage difficult customers and/or situations,Ability to read, write, understand and communicate in English,General Computer knowledge preferred,Ability to work independently.Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, evenings and holidays. Also, the Maintenance Technician must possess knowledge and skills in the following areas: Plumbing: repair, replace or install faucets, pipes, hot water tanks, toilets, garbage disposals, dishwashers, water-dispensing refrigerators, and washing machines, etc.,Electrical: repair, replace or install power switches, fuses, wall sockets, ceiling lights, ceiling fans, and climate control systems etc.Wall repair: Repair small and large drywall holes, texture walls to blend with existing walls, and paint etc.,Appliance repair: repair, replacement or installation of major household appliances, etc.,Grounds keeping: daily cleanup trash, dog poop (as necessary) on property.
