As a Warehouse Team Member, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our inventory is accurately managed and orders are fulfilled promptly. What You'll Do:

  • Accurately receive and inspect incoming shipments of auto parts, verifying quantities and condition.
  • Organize and stock parts in designated warehouse locations, ensuring efficient space utilization and easy retrieval.
  • Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently, preparing them for shipment or customer pickup.
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely, including forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided as needed).
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to safety regulations.
  • Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Communicate effectively with other team members and departments to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Provide excellent service to customers who may pick up orders in person.
  • Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we're willing to train motivated individuals.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs. repeatedly).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Basic computer skills for inventory look-up and order processing.
  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • A desire to learn and grow within the company.
  • Have a valid drivers license for at least two years.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Familiarity with auto parts and terminology.
  • Experience operating forklifts or other warehouse equipment.
  • Experience with inventory management systems.
