Participants work with approved industry partners to develop project management skills, making it easier to transition into civilian project management careers after military service. The program is designed to bridge the gap between military and civilian employment by providing real-world, hands-on experience in the project management field.

To thrive in a DoD SkillBridge Program Project Management role, you need a strong background in project planning, execution, and leadership, often supported by a bachelor's degree and experience in military or civilian project management.
