Job description

Summary:

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for business development in the maritime industry? Our client is seeking a talented Account Executive to lead the industry-specific initiatives. You’ll work with commercial and military entities worldwide, crafting and executing strategies to foster growth.

Salary Range:

$120,000 - $180,000 + Bonus

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for new industry-specific applications.
  • Build solid business cases with defined goals, including revenue targets and growth strategies.
  • Guide and train the industry-specific sales team to improve performance.
  • Enhance customer relations, lead generation, account management, and participation in industry events.

Education and Experience:

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business management (preferred).
  • Have at least 5 years of experience in senior-level sales or strategic planning.
  • An MBA or similar advanced degree is preferred.
  • Experience with DOD operations and contracting is beneficial.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
