Job Description:
• Interface with stake holders and capture requirements, plan execution of technical requirements and provide verbal and written briefs to gov. stakeholders
• Interface with IA/J6 to provide necessary documentations and artifacts through the RMF process leading to full ATO
• Assist with deployment and architecture of KERNOS cluster on AWS IL6 environment
• Create a highly available, on-prem Kubernetes RKE2 deployment model for mission critical customer
• Deploy High availability RKE2 cluster in an air-gapped, on-prem datacenter environment
• Create a Kubernetes DevSecOps environment where third-party applications can be developed, secured and deployed within the ecosystem.
• Intensive cloud architecture design, automation, deployment
• infrastructure as a code IaC using terraform and other automation tools such as ansible, etc..
• EKS, AKS, RKE2, and other Kubernetes distros • Linux Red hat system administration experience • Relevant direct experience related to DECSCOP • Security clearance minimum secret level
• Preferably someone with direct experience deploying microservices on IL2, IL5, IL6 and IL7
• Highly preferable if candidate is also familiar with NIST, DoD specific security controls and DoD GRC for cloud computing
• Highly preferable if candidate has direct experience deploying, managing Kubernetes RKE2 or other flavor of Kubernetes high availability cluster on an air-gapped environment • The candidate for this role will be directly help design and deploy and manage our mission command system on various ILs (IL3, IL5 and IL6). IL6 SIPR will be the priority for now. • Candidate will provided with a remote SIPR laptop for these SIPR tasks Job Qualifications:

• Able to live and work in Philippines • Security+ - Required • Kubernetes related certifications CKA, CKAD- preferred • Linux system administration experience
• Experience architecting, deploying and maintaining high availability Kubernetes cluster in an air-gapped environment
• Familiar with DoD system security requirements and processes such RMF, DISA STIG, container hardening, security patching, etc.
• Strong technical communicate skills
• Ability to generate and brief architecture design and network diagrams
• Maintain a minimum of Security+ certification
• Networking experience is a plus
• Motivated individual, willing to work in small team environment, assume different responsibilities when required.
• Problem solving skills with strong communication skill-set
• Familiarity with AWS cloud automation tools such Terraform, GitOps, S3, EKS, AKS, RDS, IAM, CloudWatch, etc.. deployment
• Experience architecting high availability core services such HA PostgreSQL, Minio, Ingress NGINX, Keycloak, etc..
