Job description

Summary: The Unconventional is seeking a qualified Training Lead to support the Special Operations Command Pacific (SOCPAC) with critical, non-standard logistical gaps in expeditionary and contested environments for USINDOPACOM, including directorates, subordinate unified commands, component commands, direct reporting units, standing joint task forces, and mission partners. Specific duties may include, but are not limited to: Leads training delivery for systems, subsystems, platforms, and mission operations; coordinates classroom, on-the-job, and distance learning across Government and contractor sites Integrates training materials, equipment, demonstrations, exercises, operational systems training, and mission training to meet stakeholder objectives Supports global classroom, on-the-job, and distance learning training materials, demonstrations, exercises, operational systems training, mission training, partner-nation documentation, and tailored native-language support Supports Training, Exercises, and Experimentation function.Required Qualifications: Must possess a Bachelor's Degree Must possess 11 years relevant professional experience performing activities such as leading training program planning and delivery, coordinating classroom, distance, and on-the-job training, managing training schedules, materials, and instructors, tracking trainee readiness and feedback, and aligning training with mission and operational requirements. Clearance: Must possess an active TS/SCI security clearance
